SLICK

Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 September 2026

This site presents the entertainment property SLICK and gives people who sign a confidentiality agreement access to a sizzle reel, a pitch deck and an excerpt of the pilot script. It is operated by the SLICK project — Julian S. Lopez, Bart Saric and Patrick Barcroft.

What we collect

The public pages collect nothing. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies.

If you choose to sign the non-disclosure agreement, we record what is needed to make that signature valid and attributable:

Your browser also keeps your access token for the duration of the session so you are not asked to sign twice. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Why we collect it

Solely to execute and evidence the confidentiality agreement, to give you access to the materials covered by it, and to contact you about the project. The date, IP address and browser details are part of the electronic signature record described in the agreement itself — without them an electronic signature is far harder to enforce.

We do not sell this information, share it for advertising, or use it for any purpose beyond the agreement and our conversation with you.

Where it goes

Google user data

This application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The only Google permission this application requests is drive.file, which allows it to add files it creates to the authorising account's Google Drive. It cannot read, open or modify any other file in that Drive. It is used for one purpose: to file a copy of each signed agreement in the project's own folder. No Google user data is transferred to anyone else, used for advertising, or used to train any model.

How long we keep it

Signed agreements are kept for as long as the confidentiality obligations run, plus the period in which a dispute could still be brought — the agreement runs three years from the last disclosure, and longer for trade secrets. You may ask us to delete other information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below. Deleting a signed agreement does not undo the agreement itself, and we may need to keep it to defend a legal claim. If you would rather not sign electronically, ask us for a paper copy at no charge.

Children

This site is intended for film and television professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new date. Agreements already signed stay governed by the terms in force when they were signed.
